9. 9. Fund of the Committee:

(1) There shall be a separate fund in the name of the Committee. The expenses of the committee will be covered from the same fund.
(2) The fund under sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:-

(a) Amounts received from the Government of Nepal for salaries, allowances and other benefits,
(b) Subsidy amount received from Government of Nepal,
(c) Assistance, grants or loans received from foreign governments, organizations or individuals or international organizations,
(d) Amount received from various services provided by the hospital,
(e) money received in the form of donations, donations from Gyaghswadeshi associations, organizations or individuals, amended by the second amendment, added by the second amendment
(f) Amounts received from existing and retired employees,
(g) Amount received from other sources.
(3) The determination of the amount as per sub-section (2) and the procedure for depositing such amount shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(4) According to clause (c) of sub-section (2), before receiving funds from a foreign government, association organization or individual or international association organization, the committee shall take the prior approval of the Government of Nepal.
(5) The funds remaining in the fund of the committee shall be deposited in any bank within Nepal designated by the committee.
(6) The operation of the fund shall be under the joint signature of the Executive Director and the Chief Accountant.
